Mentorship Program
SisterBridge Mentorship Program mixed-race girls with mentors who can support them with identity crisis and racially-related issues. The program is designed to either pair mixed-race girls with women who are mixed and have a shared experience, or are with mentors who are monracial and connect with a particular side of them.
Each mentor is carefully screened through an application, interview process, reference checks, and required training. Once approved, mentors are matched with mentees based on shared interests, career goals, and areas of support. Meetings are held virtually at scheduled times, with structured conversations focused on goal setting, skill building, and personal development.
SisterBridge prioritizes safety, respect, and accountability in every interaction. All communication takes place through approved platforms, and mentors are expected to follow clear professional guidelines to ensure a supportive and secure environment.
The goal of SisterBridge is simple: to create a space where young women feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward with confidence in life journeys.
